Angry Birds it is!  I original saw the idea to turn these sweet songbirds into angry birds on a video by Kylie Bertucci from Australia!  I fell in love with them so decided to create some of my own that are harassing our cute little hedgehog!
This card was designed by combining the Sweet Songbird Bundle and the Happy Hedgehog Bundle  Below you will find the card cuts, instructions, supply list and a link to a video that I did showing how to transform these birds!
Card Cuts:

Card Base – Sweet Sorbet = 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 Scored at 4 1/4
Card Stock – Basic White = (3) 4 x 5 1/4; scrap pieces for birds eyes and clouds
-Basic Black = scrap piece for birds eyes
-Mango Melody = scrap for Birds beaks
Instructions:

Stamping/Blending:

1.  On one of the 4 x 5 1/4 Basic White pieces do the following:
A.  Using Tahitian Tide ink and a blending brush start off the sheet and start blending from the top edge down about 3/4 of the way making is lighter as you go!

B.  Using Granny Apple Green ink and a blending brush start off the sheet from the bottom edge and blend up to the Tahitian Tide making it lighter as you go up!

C.  Using Granny Apple Green and the grass stamp from Happy Hedgehogs stamp across bottom edge leaving space between each stamped images as you will be coming in with another color next!

D.  Next Using Old Olive and the same stamp, stamp the grass between the last grass images along the bottom edge.

E. Using Early Espresso ink and the branch stamp from the Sweet Songbirds stamp set, stamp two limbs, one coming in from the right side and one coming in from the left side spacing them as shown above.

F.  Using Mossy Meadow ink stamp the leaves from the Sweet Songbirds stamp set, onto the end of the branches as shown above.

2.  On the next 4 x 5 1/4 Basic White piece stamp the following: (Note: make sure to stamp all the images below leaving enough space to either fussy cute, die cut or punch out)

A.  Using Sweet Sorbet ink stamp both of the Sweet Songbirds and wings from the Sweet Songbird stamp set (Note: See Video for help positioning the larger bird so you can cut it out easier with the punch) – Color in birds bodies with light crumb cake.  Set Aside.

B.  Stamp three mushrooms and the larger Hedgehog from the Happy Hedgehog stamp set in Black Memento ink.  Then color in with Stamp N Write markers, I used Early Espresso ink (Dots on mushroom) and top of stem, Sweet Sorbet (Mushroom tops), Crumb Cake (for bottom of stem).  Set Aside.

C.  Using Black Memento ink stamp the sentiment using the “Charming Sentiments” stamp set.

D.  Using Early Espresso ink stamp a couple of the branches from the Sweet Songbird stamp set.

3.   On the last 4 x 5 1/4 Basic White piece stamp the following:

A.   Using Black Memento ink and the “Charming Sentiments” stamp set, stamp the sentiment as shown.

B.  In the bottom right hand corner stamp the Hedgehog that is looking up in Black Memento ink as shown.  Then color in with Stamp N Write Markers.

Die Cutting/Punching:

4.   Fussy cut the following pieces that you just stamped:

A.  The smaller of the Songbirds

B.  The mushrooms

C.  The branches (Note: these you will want to cut directly on the lines do not leave a white space)

5.  Use the coordinating punches to cut out the larger Songbird and both wings and the Hedgehog.

A.  Also cut out 2 beaks using the Songbird Builder Punch and the Mango Melody scraps

6.  Using the Sentiment Silhouettes Dies cut out the “Everything will be OK” sentiment.

7.  Using the Give it a Whirl dies cut the following:

A.  2 Clouds from scrap pieces of Basic White

B.  Using the small die with the three holes in it cut out 4 large circles from a scrap of Basic White and 4 small circles from a scrap of Basic Black.

Assemble:

8.  Adhere the 4 x 5 1/4 Basic White piece that you blended and stamped onto the card front.

9.  Adhere clouds to card front as shown.

10.  To create the Angry Birds do the following:

A.  Trim off four wedges from the branches that you fussy cut out (see photo above to see how long to cut them)

B.  Adhere the 4 black dots to the 4 White dots forming the eyes for the birds.

C.  Adhere to the birds as shown in photo above.  Then place the eyebrows you just cut in Step A as shown in photo above.

D. Adhere the beaks to the birds.

E.  Adhere the wings to the birds.

11.  Adhere the Angry Birds to the card front on the branches as shown above.  (Note: I popped up the larger bird on the lower branch with dimensionals)

12.  Adhere the Mushrooms as shown.

13.  Adhere the Hedgehog as shown.

14.  Using Dimensionals adhere the sentiment as shown.

15.  Adhere the other 4 x 5 1/4 Basic White piece that you stamped previously to the inside of the card.
