Hello and thank you for visiting my Blog! A few weeks ago I got the privilege of
participating in an online fundraiser for the Australian Fire Fighters. This was
coordinated by Donna Gray and Rose Ward. We did 48 hours of facebook live
videos showing how to make cards and giving out great tips. There were 20 other
demonstrators that participated and it was 48 hours of fun! We raised over $4400.00
for the fire fighters. It was an honor to be a part of this great fundraiser. I wanted to
share one of the cards that I demonstrated on my live. Hope you enjoy it!

Afun and colorful Honey Bee Thank you card using Golden Honey Designer Series
Paper, Stamp N Write Markers, Stampin Blends and Layering Leaves 3D
Embossing Folder.
Run the 4 x 5 1/4 Whisper White sheet through the Layering Leaves 3D embossing folder. Then adhere to card front.
Cut a 2 x 5 inch strip from the Golden Honey Bee Designer Series Paper then Using Coastal Cabana, Daffodil Delight and Flirty Flamingo and Granny Apple Green Stamp N Write Markers color in the flowers as shown and trace the stems and leaves with the Granny Apple Green. Adhere to the 2 1/4 x 5 1/4 Coast Cabana Mat.
Adhere the matted Designer Series Paper to the card front about 3/8″ from the left side of the embossed Whisper White sheet.
On a 4 x 5 1/4 sheet of Whisper White stamp the Beehive with Daffodil Delight ink, one large bee and 2 small bees in Black Memento Ink. Using the Dark Daffodil Delight color in the bees body and wings. Then cut out using the Detailed Bee Dies.
Add Beehive to the card front with stampin dimensionals overlapping the matted strip as shown.
Add one small bee directly onto the Beehive using Tombow liquid glue.
Using Stampin Dimensionals add the other small bee and large bee as shown.
On 5/8 x 2 1/8 strip of Whisper White stamp the sentiment making sure to center on strip. Then stamp the small flowers to the left and right of the sentiment and color in with the Flirty Flamingo Stamp N Write marker. Adhere to a 3/4 x 2 1/4 strip of Coastal Cabana then using stampin dimensionals add to card front as shown.
Next using the Bermuda Bay twine from the Metallic Baker’s Twine and Sequins combo pack tie a bow and adhere with a Mini glue dot to the top of the Beehive.
For the inside of the card stamp a couple of the small flowers in the lower right hand corner color in with the Flirty Flamingo and Granny Apple Green Stamp N Write Markers then adhere to the inside of the card.
